As you have started vlogs, its good to start there where viewers will also be from there as well as Nepal. More viewer from outside Nepal will be much better for long term financially but let's not look to that now. Now its time to grow with what you can give to the audience. I dont think there are any vloggers from australia till now and its good to be first or among few. I have enlisted few area where you can work:
1) How to go to austrialia ??
Seriously, I don't know how ?? What are the steps.. how are interviews taken.. and many more what u went through. Just explain that.

3) What kind of jobs you get in there? What is the earning ?

4) Does the Nepal's Liscence work there ? If no what is the procedure ??
there are only 1-2 videos with some 2-5k views.. why can't it get more than 100k if u explain it properly..

5) Monthly expenditure/ savings on avg
>> most will watch this.. mostly those parents who have send their child to outdoor..
>> what twist can be made is .. comparing it with US.. so that US viewers are also attracted.

6) Some shops/ shopping center/ malls tours..

7) The transport system there.. how the cards work.. how money is deposited..

8) Skills u need to acquire before coming to Australia..

9) Difficulties faced by lone traveller.. or a girl... at initial stages.

So these are few. These seems to be something unusual but these topics are most searched and they get views.
And here I don't mean u have to alwz make such videos. You make 2 vlogs of chatting.. touring to some places.. holidays stuffs.. home.... and then make 1 informative video in between. Informative video may not get views initially but for long term they are your long term assets.
Insert some glamour.. include the hero in the vlogs :) . That will certainly increase the views.

बिस लाख पर्यटक भित्र्याउने लक्ष्य थियो

भाकालाई नि प्लेन चार्टर गरेर भाग्ने बनायौ।

जिन्दगीकै नविनतम अनुभब लिनु थियो
घर भित्रै कोचिएर बस्न बाध्य बनायौ।

संस्कृति संगै नाच्नु, गाउनु अनि रम्नु थियो
मन्दिर सम्म जान डर लाग्ने बनायौ।

गोक्योमा Ice Hockey र Skating खेल्नु थियो
Mobile र Remote कै साहारामा बाच्न बाध्य बनायौ।

हिमाल-पहाड, मनाङ्ग-मुस्तांङ,खोला-नाला देखाउनु थियो

CORONA VIRUS CONSPIRACY !!

How come Russia & North Korea are totally free of Covid- 19? Because they are staunch ally of China. Not a single case reported from this 2 countries. On the other hand South Korea / United Kingdom / Italy / Spain and Asia are severely hit. How come Wuhan is suddenly free from the deadly virus? China will say that their drastic initial measures they took was very stern and Wuhan was locked down to contain the spread to other areas. Why Beijing was not hit? "Why only Wuhan"? Kind of interesting to ponder upon.. right? Well ..Wuhan is open for business now. America and all the above mentioned countries are devastated financially. Soon American economy will collapse as planned by China. China knows it CANNOT defeat America militarily as USA is at present THE MOST POWERFUL country in the world. So use the virus...to cripple the economy and paralyse the nation and its Defense capabilities. I'm sure Nancy Pelosi got a part in this. . to topple Trump. Lately President Trump was always telling of how GREAT American economy was improving in all fronts. The only way to destroy his vision of making AMERICA GREAT AGAIN is to create an economic havoc.
Nancy Pelosi was unable to bring down Trump thru impeachment. ....so work along with China to destroy Trump by releasing a virus. Wuhan,s epidemic was a showcase. At the peak of the virus epidemic. ..China's President Xi Jinping...just wore a simple RM1 facemask to visit those effected areas. As President he should be covered from head to toe.....but it was not the case. He was already injected to resist any harm from the virus....that means a cure was already in place before the virus was released. Some may ask....Bill Gates already predicted the outbreak in 2015...so the chinese agenda cannot be true. The answer is. ..YES...Bill Gates did predict. .but that prediction is based on a genuine virus outbreak. Now China is also telling that the virus was predicted well in advance. ....so that its agenda would play along well to match that prediction. China,s vision is to control the World economy by buying up stocks now from countries facing the brink of severe ECONOMIC COLLAPSE. Later China will announce that their Medical Researchers have found a cure to destroy the virus. Now China have other countries stocks in their arsenal and these countries will soon be slave to their master...CHINA.Now here is an interesting conspiracy theory if you want:

The goal: to throw the world into recession !!!

Is the scenario not clear? They are already growing! China bought almost everything it devalued on the stock exchanges around the world ... with that the Chinese became owners of the global companies that are in China and without the money leaving China.😔🙁😡

दिनकाे दशै लिटर बेचेपनि ९ महिना बेच्दा शालाखाला रिण तिरेर नि ५० वटा हजार त जाेगीन्छ भनेर १ लाख विस हजारमा लैनाे भैषि ल्याए । भर्खर व्याएकाे भैषी पहिलाे पटक घरमा ल्याउंदाकाे खुसी खाेई कसरी म वख्यान गरुं । यता त्यही वर्ष छाेराेले यही सरकारी स्कुलबाट फस्ट डिभिजनमा पास गर्दाकाे खुसी बेग्लै थियाे । छाेराेले, बा, म काठ्माण्डाैं गएर साईन पढ्छु भन्या भएर नाई भन्न सकिन । धेर थाेर खेती पनि छदै थियाे , भैषीकाे दुध बेचेर पनि राम्राे अाम्दानी भएकै थियाे । छाराेलाई काठ्माण्डाै पठाईदिए ।

एक बर्ष त राम्रै भाे । छाराेले ११ कक्षा राम्रैसंग पास गरेछ । भैषी छ महिना थाराे बस्दा छाेरालाई काठ्माण्डाैंमा पैसा पठाउन गरै भाे । अलि अलि जम्मा भएकाे पैसा पनि लगभग सकियाे । ठिकैछ नि त, अब भैषि व्याई हाल्छ भनेर दिन कुर्दै थिए ।
यस्तै विहान विहान झिसमिस थियाे । भैषि ठूलाे स्वरले करायाे । तल वर्लेर हेर्दा बच्चाे अड्किरहेकाे रहेछ । मैले हतार हतार गएर समातेर तान्दा बच्चाे भुईमा डंरंग खस्याे । बच्चाे के खसेकाे थियाे भैषि पनि भुईमा बजारियाे । ए लाैन के भयाे यस्ताे भनेर भैषिकाे टाउकाे समातेकाे.. अांखाबाट अांसु तरर झारेर भैसीले अांखा बन्द गर्याे । ए मेराे बाबा के भयाे तिम्लाई भनेर उठाउन खाेजे तर भैषी उठेन । यता बच्चाे त पहिलै निस्कदै मरिसकेकाे रहेछ । अलिक पछि.. उ त्याे, घरकाे कान्छा काजी अायाे.. साईला दाई भैषी त गएछ ।
अांखा भरि रसाएका अांसु थाम्दै.. हाेर कान्छा, लाै खाेई के अाई लाग्या यस्ताे ..भने ।
अनि, बुढा अलि चांडै हेर्नु पर्दैन त ?
खाेई के भनाै कान्छा, म अभागीलाई.. अाजै बढि सुत्नु पर्या मलाई ।।

The capacity of soil to bear the loads coming from the foundation and transfer it safely is called Bearing Capacity of Soil.

Generally, Bearing capacity of soil is not brought in consideration for small structures like residential houses. But it is highly important for the big structures like skyscrapers, bridges, massive concrete structures, towers etc.

For the normal consideration, IS: 1904-1961 has given the following values for different types of soils:

How to determine bearing capacity of soil in site ?

There are different methods for determining the bearing capacity of the soil but the method mostly practised is Plate Load Test.

Plate load test is one of the complex method and it consumes a lot of time, resources and manpower for the complete test procedure.

It cannot be easily understood by reading the procedures. So, I have attached a practical example of plate load test with the procedure, data and analysis. Hope it will help a lot.
