MODI IN NEPAL !! WHY MODI IS COMING NEPAL ?

The Prime minister of India Narendra Modi is coming Nepal for the state visit on coming May 11 and !2. He will directly come to Janakpur from India then go to Kathmandu on 11th may and on 12th morning he will be visiting Muktinath Temple.

This visit is not taken as the political one instead it will be a religious visit. There will be no any new agreement between the countries but discussion will be held on political level to implement the past agreement.

Five major things Modi will be doing in Nepal are :

1) Winning the hearts of Nepalis
The blockade imposed by India a year back is still fresh. Many youths have already started a campaign not to welcome PM Modi. In this situation Modi and India will be thinking about making the situation pleasant and strengthening the degraded relation.

2) Janakpur and Muktinath visit
This will be a center of attraction of the visit. Modi will be doing puja in Janakpur temple and will pay a visit to Muktinath. This will obviously promote tourism during and after the visit.Also, Modi will be announcing some surprise gifts for both the places. It will be more about upgrading the area,making some dharmasala, restoring the places etc.

3) Talks on implementation of past agreement
Modi will talk on political level to implement past agreement which were done during India visit of Oli and Sher Bd. Deuba. Major agreement includes cross border railway, inland water way and farm modernization. It is supposed to have no any further agreements.

4) Inauguration of Arun III 
Modi and Oli together will inagurate the Arun III Hydropower. This hydro-power will have a capacity of  900MW and is supposed to come in operation after 2020.

5) Three Suprise Gifts
Modi will be annoucning three surprise gifts to Nepal. They are supposed to be follwing:
a) Renovating Janakpur, Making Dharmasalas, Making Janakpur Ring Road
b) Some kind of help for Kathmandu Valley, some structures and handing high tech hospital equipments
c) Restoration of Muktinath Temple

Preparation is at the final level. Lets hope Modi will be successful to win the hearts of Nepali.

Methods of Forecasting population

The following methods are used to forcasting the population:

1) Arithmetical increase method

In this method, a constant increase in the growth of population is added periodically and the population at the required time is determined. This method is based on an assumption that population is increasing at constant rate. This method is most suitable for old cities and towns which are stabilised.

2) Geometric Increase Method

It is based on the assumption that the percentage increase in population from decade to decade or a constant interval of time remains constant. It is suitable for larger cities.

3) Incremental Increase Method

In this method, the average of increase in population is found out by arthimetical increase method and to this is added the averageof the net incremental increase once for every future decade.

4) Decreasing Growth of Rate

This method is similar to geometrical increase method except that a changing rate of decrease is assumed rather than a constant rate of increase. The changing rate of large and old cities is generally considered to be a decreasing rate.

5) Simple Graphical Method

In this method, plotting of population of a city for the last few decades to a suitable scale on the graph paper with respect to decade and then extending the curve so obtained smoothly to forecast the future population of various decades.

“Ham yar hea tumarea dildar hea tumahre ham sea milakaro ’’ was playing in a slow speed tractor in the road of Gulmi- Majua which is haunted by Brahmin shopkeepers.

I was taking rest at the one side of hotel for hour ordering 2 cup tea of rupees 20 per each. Then, suddenly one middle aged person entered in to hotel, he was frustrated and his eyes were red. I asked him what happened as I was in the process of connecting with local people.

He took little time to say word as he was about to wear woolen cap as waves of winter were becoming amplified, I was looking to him constantly and he finally answered that one person talk to him very rudely in mass of people with rude behavior .I was curious about the exact reason but he was not in the mood to talk so I made a mind to open Facebook. Then he ordered 1 cup of tea and half plate chow- mein and seemed to be little bit cool .He suddenly asked “Sir, where is your home ?” And I replied that I’m from this and that place and I work here and there. Then the scenario came to action mania when he came close to me and I ask his name and he was Mr. Purna kumar darlami, a local bus driver. He said that he had gone to his boss house as his pickup van was went to reserve for 1 week but unfortunately vehicle was unable to do so due to technical defect. And boss said that look prune I speak straight and honest and you people don’t care about other property only come with problem in vehicle, you ****** and your mind is not in driving .only think of salary not of profit to me .from today you are fired from and listen that your health is like of old people and u can’t do anything in a life and get some lesson to drive at least, you **** ruined my expensive vehicle get lost from my front and never talk to me from today. I was fired after those words and I didn’t ask for remaining salary………..

Then he added I never say no to him for work and I accept that was little bit less experienced but he didn’t remember and talk to me in such rudeness and vulgar way and at least he could told those words in polite manner so I am disturbed sir. And he made a sign of 1 glass local wine for hotel owner and made a shot….. And he went to his house through walk as I was looking to him for while ….

Then I was compelled to think if that boss had talked or said that words in polite manner like…I used to and still assume that words can be spoken in polite manner, it is not compulsion to talk in rude manner to say honest words or honest topic .politeness can alter your thinking by 180degree so why not to choose politeness while taking or confronting other even we are consoling other or telling true words…….

I always assume that Politeness is the flower of humanity and in fact it is….

My guru  has  always proved to me that words can be played well as you like then why not play in soft manner . We can give suggestion to anybody but in indirect manner in a polite way, that very person will understand the feeling of your order or words sentiment but if you insist him\her in a rude way he may deflect from your intention and feel as insult  however you were talking  or honest  …….

Everybody in this very world has own type of prestige and assumes or desire that people should talk to him in polite manner…..

If your politeness doesn’t hurt anybody feeling then why shouldn’t we apply?

But every time we can’t please all people in all time however honesty and politeness are different parts ……………..
