If Argo can get Oscar, Why not Bajrangi Bhaijaan????

Its 3:20 am in the morning or say, at night.I started watching the film couple of hours ago and I just enjoyed my night with some fun and tears. The film is superb and it is actually the best. The way things are presented, the flow that film holds and the most important thing is the theme it carries, i.e. Being Human. It will definitely help to improve the relation between India and Pakistan and also it appeals people to be broad, not just limited being bounded by the fence of wire. 

Love, Religion, Nationality and everything is perfectly poised in the film. 

For me this is the best film of Salman and now onwards the best film I have ever watched. Truly heart touching with a conclusive end.

Now my question is:
If the true story based film Argo can get Oscar, Why not Bajrangi Bhaijaan????

Is it because it is Hindi Film??
Is it because world don't like tears??
Isn't there the fight for religion in this world??
Has love been disappeared from human beings??
Aren't there thousand's of homeless and helpless child in this world??
Hasn't film represented the story to appeal 2 billions  people (around 35% of world population)??

Why????
