Have you ever woke up amidst your sleep and wished that you hadn't because you were aware that you already woke up but the problem is: neither you could move your body nor speak or shout against the feeling of anxiety and chocking due to huge apparent weight on your chest or someone giant holding you down?
If the answer is "NO", then I pray that you never had one, ever in your lifetime. For those whose answer is "YES", dont worry. It's not that serious and devastating disorder of your body though. In medical language, it is called 'Sleep Paralysis'.

Again the word 'Paralysis', lingering with the word 'Sleep' may frighten you more. Believe me, its literally same as we may infer from the word combination 'Sleep Paralysis', however differing in the fact that one who has already had once, or has frequently have more than once, they believe it ,indeed!
